  • Pay: $13 per hour plus tips
  • Start Date: Mid-May with positions available through the summer season
  • Seasonal: This position is available from Late May to the Beginning of October, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike/golf seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year
  • Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event operations: Set up, serve, and break down functions.
  • Ensure quality service: Coordinate room setups, communicate with staff, and anticipate guest needs.
  • Verify IDs: Follow TIPS guidelines for legal drinking age.
  • Understand service needs: Build rapport with group leaders and VIPs.
  • Document events: Complete banquet logs. Manage revenue: Ensure accurate closeouts and balance reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety: Stock, clean, and follow safety procedures.
  • Create a positive guest experience: Provide friendly service, maintain hygiene, and wear a clean uniform.
  • Resolve complaints: Address issues promptly within company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality: Protect guest and company info.
  • Care for equipment: Follow instructions and clean regularly.
  • Monitor inventory: Track stock and communicate needs.
  • Support team: Contribute to tasks and adapt as needed.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
