Job Summary: The Vice President of Finance and Reporting is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities within the organization. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial information, provides strategic financial insights, and supports the company's overall financial health and growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting:Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements. Budgeting and Forecasting:Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. Financial Analysis:Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to senior management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Internal Controls:Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Team Leadership:Manage and mentor the finance and reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Stakeholder Communication:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure transparent and effective communication of financial information. Strategic Planning:Partner with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals. Program Collaboration:Work effectively with Program Leads at CFS, using KPIs to track deliverables and optimize revenue opportunities. Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience:Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial management. |
