Position Summary Information


Primary Purpose
Under the direction of the Manager of Enrollment Operations and Technology, the Processing Coordinator is an entry-level role within the Enrollment Technology team, responsible for supporting daily processing tasks that maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment records. This position performs essential data entry, document processing, and record maintenance to assist in the seamless operation of undergraduate, graduate, and other enrollment and admission populations.
The Processing Coordinator plays a key role in handling applicant records across multiple institutional systems, including Technolutions Slate CRM, and Ellucian Banner SIS, while ensuring compliance with data integrity and privacy regulations.
Essential Functions
Application & Document Processing

  • Process incoming application materials, including transcripts, test scores, and supplemental documents, received online or by mail.
  • Review and verify submitted documents for completeness and accuracy before entry into enrollment systems.
  • Maintain application files and organize supporting documents to ensure timely processing.


Data Entry & Record Maintenance

  • Accurately enter and update personal, demographic, and admissions data in Slate, Banner SIS, and other enrollment platforms.
  • Reconcile applicant records across systems using Consolidate Records to maintain accuracy and prevent duplication.
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity by identifying and correcting errors in applicant records.

System & Process Support

  • Monitor and assist with troubleshooting application-related automation in Slate, escalating issues to system administrators as needed.
  • Support testing and implementation of new technologies, tools, and updates within the enrollment systems.

Enrollment Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with teammates in admissions and operations to improve efficiency in processing workflows.
  • Assist with daily mail processing and ensure timely scanning, indexing, and filing of documents.
  • Provide administrative support for enrollment operations as assigned.


Customer Support & Event Participation

  • Serve as a representative of the enrollment technology team at Enrollment Strategy events, assisting prospective students and families.
  • Respond to basic inquiries regarding application processing and document submission.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager and admissions team in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Perform additional data entry, data cleansing, and other enrollment-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of related experience using data management systems.
  • One (1) year experience in data entry, recordkeeping, and/or document processing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree.
  • Strong experience with Technolutions Slate, Ellucian Banner SIS, TES, and/or Liaison CAS.
  • Familiarity with CRM and student information systems (Slate, Banner SIS, or similar) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic understanding of data entry, recordkeeping, and document processing.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Duties require frequent sitting, repetitive use of hands and wrists while using computer keyboard and phone. Occasional walking, standing and simple grasping. Infrequent climbing stairs, bending, stooping, kneeling or reaching. May be requested to lift up to 25lbs.
Work Environment/Work Week/Travel:
Work is performed in normal office environment. Work performed during standard business hours. May be required to work during non-standard business hours and weekends.
Hiring Range $18.99 - $23.74 per hour. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
