The Opportunity

As a Senior D365 CE Solutions Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) you will design, develop, and deploy solutions on the Dynamics 365 CE platform. This person will have a passion to drive adoption and value by understanding sales workflows and pain points. This role partners with the Sales Operations and Business Applications departments to lead delivery of high-quality solutions aligning to business needs and technology best practices.

What You'll Do



  • Lead the design and architecture of D365 apps (Sales, Customer Insights), ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability. Future growth includes expanding into additional D365 CE apps (i.e. Customer Service).
  • Translate sales process challenges into CRM solutions.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps and Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC), including development, automation, testing, configuration, and release management.
  • Perform advanced customizations in D365, leveraging Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure Functions, and Dataverse for workflows and plug-ins to extend CRM functionality.
  • Support the integration of D365 with other enterprise systems (e.g., D365 F&O, Customer Insights) via Azure services, APIs, and connectors.
  • Analyze and optimize system performance, improving query efficiency and database integrity.
  • Design and execute data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance for governance practices relating to the security, integrity, and compliance of D365 solutions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for diagnosing and resolving D365 Sales technical and functional issues.
  • May mentor team members and provide CRM training to improve system proficiency.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution designs..


  • Collaborate with stakeholders and work closely with partners in the Sales Operations department to define enhancement priorities aligned with business objectives and processes
  • Build relationships with external vendors who will work closely to help build and maintain Ulteig's Business applications on an as needed basis
  • May occasionally provide guidance to or develop solutions for other platforms

What We Expect from You



  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Passion to understand sales workflows and pain points to create CRM solutions that drive adoption and value.
  • Ability to write custom scripts and leverage JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery) to enhance the CRM experience.
  • 8+ years working with CRM solutions, including at least 5 years with Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM). Preference with experience in D365 Customer Insights and Customer Experience modules.
  • Preferred experience with aec360 industry-specific D365 customizations or within the professional services sector.
  • Proficient in Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform, and SQL.
  • Experience with reporting architecture using Power BI.
  • Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365's built-in customization tools, including workflows, business process flows, and model-driven apps.
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, or third-party APIs.
  • Knowledge of D365 Copilot for Sales AI and automation to enhance seller productivity
  • Solid understanding of security, compliance, and governance in CRM implementations.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines for CRM projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to debug applications in various software languages
  • Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks independently or in a team environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $125,400 - $169,600
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
