Summary: DFIN is seeking a Software Services Data Analyst (individual contributor) responsible for gathering and programmatically analyzing data from disparate systems and producing insights to solve business problems for Software Services. Responsibilities: With guidance from Support Operations Engineering and the Director of Support Operations, create data workflows and visualizations to analyze and predict client and KPI trends. Identify revenue and cost-saving opportunities through systematic data analysis. Work with stakeholders to streamline and automate existing data workflows. Ingest and programmatically analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, Zendesk, Skilljar, Certinia, and others. Work within organization and cross-functionality to establish and adhere to Data Governance strategy and best-practices. Visualize data using Power BI. Establish technical and business validation rules to cleanse data. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data-related field. Experience programmatically analyzing large data sets. Competence with programmatic data analysis software, such as Python, R, or similar. 1-3yrs in client-facing support or pro services roles. Preferred Skills: Track record of delivering and communicating ROI related to data-driven initiatives. Strong visual communication skills. Ability to draw correlations between dissimilar datasets to create actionable insights.
