    Job Description

    The drive Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation solutions, with focus on mobilization solutions for re-use from the US. AI and Automation Manager will lead our team in the development and implementation of AI and automation strategies. This role will have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies. They will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, establishing automation goals, and overseeing the development and deployment of automation systems across the organization.

    Lead and enhance AI and Automation practices and delivery across APM

    • Establish and grow an AI and Automation capability across the APM group.
    • Look to prototype and develop capabilities to share and re-use across group.
    • Establish a scalable framework to democratize the use of Ai and Automation across APM globally.

    Maintain compliance for AI and Automation solutions globally

    • Working with the global Cyber, legal and data compliance teams.
    • Keep up to date with changes in legislation or emerging risk trends we need to consider across the group.

    Drive innovation and new value opportunities, be a trusted advisor to the businesses

    • Grow innovation and awareness of AI and Automation technologies across the group.
    • Establish AI and Automation best practices globally.
    • Establish strategic relationships to guide business leaders on how to asse Ai and Automation readiness.
    • Engage different teams to grow opportunities and local practices.

    Develop a global network of external partners and internal skills required to deliver value

    • Own the strategy and network of preferred suppliers and solutions.
    • Identify skills gaps and make recommendations on how to close.

    Cultural Competence

    • Actively develop working relationships that demonstrate equity and respect of different cultural perspectives and diversity.
    • Effectively communicate and interact with people across cultures.

    Track and monitor the value of AI and Automation to APM

    • Provide regular insights and updates to the Group AI steerco and innovation groups,
    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, with focus on Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

    Skills

    • Problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams effectively
    • Strong, self-motivated, outcome-driven work ethic - collaborative approach to work
    • Highly developed communication, organizational, influencing and interpersonal skills
    • Experience driving innovation and solution orientated
    • Experience using AI and Automation technologies
    • Some consulting experience would be preferential
    • Data compliance and Risk Management experience

    Travel Requirements

    • Ability to accommodate multiple time zones, occasional travel required for meetings and conferences and may need to work outside of regular business hours to address urgent issues or during critical project phases.
