We are looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker and exceptional writer who can craft compelling narratives for a variety of audiences-ranging from internal communications to external corporate messaging, case studies, thought leadership, and social media. A strong background in science and experience in the CRO or life sciences industry is essential, as this role will play a key part in developing strategy and content that highlights our expertise in clinical research, with a particular focus on immunology. In addition to writing and content development, this person will help drive awareness and differentiation through marketing strategy and execution. Develop and execute compelling content across multiple platforms, including internal communications, corporate announcements, marketing materials, social media, website, and case studies

As required by pay transparency laws in some states, Rho provides the range of starting compensation (annual salary or hourly rate) it reasonably expects to pay for a given role. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to role responsibilities and location as well as candidate skill set and level of experience.
