Advanced Product Manager

The Advanced Product Manager is responsible for driving content portfolio planning, analysis, and the introduction of table gaming products.

This role plays a pivotal part in executing product strategy across hardware and utility lines, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business goals. The position encompasses oversight of product roadmaps, market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to launch innovative and successful products.

Additionally, the role ensures R&D investment aligns with commercial objectives and assists in managing product lifecycles, commercialization strategies, and sales enablement.

What You'll Do:

• Support and contribute to the vision, leadership, and strategic direction for assigned product lines.

• Drive product innovation by analyzing market trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights.

• Assist in defining product strategy, technical requirements, and performance benchmarks.

• Oversee product lifecycle planning, including roadmap development, business case creation, and go-to-market strategies.

• Identify new opportunities through market mapping and close collaboration with commercial leads.

• Work with Commercial and R&D teams to shape future product designs and enhancements.

• Support Progressive, PTG, and ETG business lines.

• Collaborate with hardware product management to align on forecasting, road mapping, and lifecycle management.

• Conduct and maintain competitive product analysis.

• Communicate product needs to design and development teams to drive product execution.

• Align with Product Management peers to ensure consistency in strategy and prioritization.

• Serve as the global product expert, aggregating regional product needs and defining market problems.

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and development teams.

• Provide product insights and reports to senior management, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.

• Support internal reporting and assist with production, forecasting, and rollout planning.

What You Bring:

• 8-12 years of product management experience (gaming industry and technical product background preferred).

• Proven track record of delivering complex, innovative products.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive business decisions.

• Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Confluence, and Product Lifecycle Management tools.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
