Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Network Optimization Analyst! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. As a Network Optimization Analyst, you will be responsible for managing our Network Optimization software and Network Optimization analytics. You will partner across the organization and work to develop long-range strategies with the Supply Chain Strategy team.

A Day in the Life...

  • Responsible for the analytics and strategic thought leadership across manufacturing, operations planning, and various supply chain functions
  • Provides direction and coordination of various data analysis, analytical support, and process improvements for Supply Chain Leadership Team Members
  • Works with functional partners; IT, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Transportation, Warehousing, Customer Service, Alliance Partners, and Finance to complete data collection, metrics calculations and the consolidation and distillation of data from multiple sources and teams across Ocean Spray for Network Optimization efforts
  • Executes strategic insights and data to discussions to help drive solutions and sustainable results

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience
  • Work experience in operations management
  • Knowledge of SAP, Coupa, or other Network Optimization Software
  • Strong Analytical Skills (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Ability to Handle Ambiguity
  • Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies, analysis, and contingency planning
  • Accounting and/or operations planning experience
  • Critical Thinking

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 3 Years of Experience
