Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an IBN Outage Resource Specialist in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the NDE Services Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. The Outage Resource Specialist is expected to take the initiative to understand the qualifications of each position, contractual requirements (returnee rates, etc.), and processes (Access Control, physicals, etc.). It is critical for the position to perform tasks in an objective, trustworthy manner. Your work will include:



  • Gathers load board information to identify and fill the resource needs.
  • Support emergent projects as needed.
  • Working independently and part as part of a team.
  • Establishes positive, trusting relationships with the work force.
  • Performs tasks with confidentiality.
  • Results, quality, and customer oriented.
  • Recruit resources from both internal and external sources according to the specific technical needs of the project.
  • Collaborates on the development of the necessary training and other logistical matters to ensure that resources are prepared for deployment to customer sites.
  • Proactively interact with management to fully understand the technical, financial, and contractual requirements of each project.
  • Determine and coordinate training needs for Product Line, cross utilized, and subcontractor personnel.
  • Shifting priorities quickly and adapts to continuously changing conditions.
  • Ensure suitable transportation and housing is procured for deployed resources.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $24.10 - $31.50 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
