Job Overview

DSA, INC. is seeking a Secret-Cleared .NET Developer to support our CECOM Mission. This role involves designing, developing, and testing secure software applications using .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with C#, SQL Server, React, Azure DevOps, and cybersecurity tools such as Fortify, Code Dx, and Burp Suite, while adhering to Agile best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline + 5 years of relevant experience, all within the last 5 years.

    • Five (5) additional years of applicable experience with appropriate certifications/relevant experience may be substituted for the degree (Total 10 years of experience).


  • Experience providing expertise and recommendations for implementing and using software applications and IT system products.
  • Experience with technologies including: .NET, React, ColdFusion, C#, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Fortify, Code Dx, and Burp Suite.
  • Experience with Agile best practices.


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the United States Army.
  • Experience developing cloud-based applications.
  • Knowledge and ability to embrace AI, with experience using AI to automate job tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests during software and system development to ensure they are operational and effective prior to release.
  • Design solutions based on customer needs, technical considerations, and security requirements.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and detailed test scripts.
  • Use COTS testing software and frameworks to perform automated testing and reporting.
  • Perform a variety of test types, including unit, functional, security, regression, limit, integration, stress, performance, and scalability.
  • Report progress, risks, and bugs identified to the software development and project management teams.
  • Perform testing in a variety of platforms and components, including networks, operating systems, applications, databases, browsers, and mobile devices.
  • Understand, follow, and promote the values and principles in the Agile Manifesto.
  • Understand, follow, and promote continuous cybersecurity risk management.
