The MSM Supervisor has the responsibility to manage and control the activities and related results of a group of MSM and SMSM Expediters that are each responsible for specific suppliers. Ensure that the team has effective control of supplier criticalities through proper understanding and management of the escalation process with the target to improve supplier delivery performances. Understand the major issues in material availability in respect of the internal LHD customer requirements. Monitor supplier performances verifying relevant KPI's and when needed, execute the escalation actions for both internal LHD departments (in all Geographies) and vendor organizations involving the appropriate level of seniority for setting recovery actions. Help to prioritize vendor activities and address the proper recovery actions working with the vendor organizations. The Supervisor will provide to the Supply Chain Execution Manager multiple internal customer criticalities, reporting on latest KPIs, issues and risk mitigation related to the specific suppliers. The Supervisor will also perform coordination with the Material Planning Managers of the different geographies to make sure the supplier delivery plan is aligned to the overall requirements. The MSM Supervisor is accountable for guaranteeing the availability of the materials to internal stake holders, at the right time and in the right quantities, by properly managing the order book process, its input and output and its correct balance, being responsible of:
