Advantage Resourcing has partnered with an innovative manufacturing company in Cleveland, TN, that develops more efficient, sustainable power management solutions that meet the ever-changing needs of our world. We are hiring an experienced Paint Line Operator to join their passionate and hardworking team!

Pay: $16.15 per hour

3rd Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts, Sunday-Thursday with opportunities for overtime

Paint Line Operator Responsibilities:

• Setting hook arrangements
• Hanging parts in the proper configuration
• Visually check parts for quality issues
• Verify counts and Kanban cards to ensure accuracy
• Packing equipment
• Perform de-burring and de-greasing operations
• Cross-train on load and unload
• Work closely with other coworkers
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of previous experience in production or manufacturing
• Familiarity with Kanban systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to cross-train on various tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40 pounds
