We are searching for a CNC Operator in Dothan, AL to be a part of our exciting future and growing success. Schedule: Must be flexible, ability to work 12-hour shifts Pay: $18/hr. CNC Operator responsibilities: Maintain product flow and meet production schedules while following CNC operational SOPs. Monitor machine readiness, identify maintenance needs, and ensure product quality by detecting defects before milling. Review and modify toolpaths, run simulations, and create trim cuts to avoid defects and maintain accuracy. Perform calibration checks, maintain production information, and update Kanban status in Zoho. Accurately label child pieces from parent pieces and measure finished panels to ensure conformance to specifications. Review blueprints and program specifications, set machine operations, and replace dull cutting tools as needed. Keep CNC machine and workspace clean, remove trimmings to avoid damage, and complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualified candidates will have CNC experience, ability to read a tape measure, and basic math skills. We have tons of perks!
