This position is responsible for analyzing customer subscription lists and identifying the most cost-effective method to deliver products to our customers. Also responsible for compiling shipping charges for billing on legal and 3rd party work About the Role:
- Analyze data to identify the most cost effective method of subscription delivery.
- Utilize system knowledge to investigate problems and identify root cause, and solutions to open issues. Effectively communicate with leadership and employees on actions required to resolve open issues.
- Use SAP Customer/Subscriber Lists, or other source data, to create compliant shipping lists in BCC Software
- Update shipping records and associated costs by extracting data and summarizing for 3rd party billing
- Process execution must be in line with SOX compliance.
- Proactively build relationships with stakeholders, internal and external customers.
- Understand the requirements for USPS compliance with all periodical permits required for customer subscription lists.
- Liaison for issue resolution between Thomson Reuters and national USPS, UPS, FedEx personnel and carriers.
- Assist in the development, testing, implementation and coordination of special customer requests that require an in-depth and comprehensive system analysis and review.
About You:
- Preferred knowledge of SAP.
- Preferred knowledge of shipping processes, USPS, UPS, and FedEx ship methods.
- Must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Must be highly motivated, driven to achieve results and able to work independently.
- Must have the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 10:30am CT - 6:30pm CT
- Minimum of Associates degree or technical/vocational degree preferred. (Equivalent work experience considered)
- 2-4+ years of experience with Associates/Technical degree, or 5+ years of related work experience post high school.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $44,800 - $83,200.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
