Description & Requirements About the Role The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for administering HARMAN's US LOA and Time Off, US Retirement, and Global Wellbeing programs.The Benefits Specialist will handle the day-to-day processing of the programs, assist employees with escalated inquires and focus on compliance and regulatory items including Plan testing & audits, 5500 filing and annual disclosures.The Benefits Specialist will also support the department with review and recommendation of new programs, review of employee communications, develop and roll out employee webinars/trainings, participate/contribute to the annual strategy of each program and develop and conduct the monthly Wellbeing Champion meetings. #LI-REMOTE Pay Transparency $ 76,500 - $ 112,200 Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
