GENERAL SUMMARY:

This role will utilize agile methodologies and strategic problem-solving skills to manage a diverse range of functions, including facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes, requirements gathering, resource management, backlog prioritization and process documentation. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team - helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.

The ideal candidate will have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree Required in Business, Marketing, Technology, MIS or related field or equivalent experience.

* 3 Years working in an Agile Scrum team environment.

Additional Preferred Education & Experience:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Minimum Knowledge & Skill Requirements:



  • Work with multiple Business Units to prioritize the product backlog.
  • General conceptual understanding of database querying and data management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail oriented with strong time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection and other Scrum Techniques.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:

This job requires the employee to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Infrequent lifting up to 25 lbs.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Must comply with all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS:



  • Plans and managers projects including monitoring project plan activities, regular project plan review and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure resources are assigned and allocated to projects within the DI team.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, grooming, and sprint retrospective.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Audit ticket completion including documentation and process completion.
  • Plan and prioritize backlog
  • Develop detailed request specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant team
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
  • Communicate project and backlog status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
  • Gather and share feedback from stakeholders on tickets completed.
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
  • Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation including workflows and processes, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
  • Identify manual processes within DI team that could be automated.
  • Develop and maintain the department share point site.
  • Author and help create material for credit union employees for knowledge sharing purposes.
  • Organize and manage share point documents on DI work portal, review and edit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Catalog reports across all reporting systems. Identify data sources and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Salary range is $71,805.29-$94,244.45. Job Grade, EX 14. Final salary is dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications.
