Advantage Resourcing is hiring a new Lab Technician for the largest geosynthetics manufacturer in the world! Our sustainable and innovative client seeks new talent to join their passionate and collaborative team in Houston, TX. Are you ready to make a lasting impact?

Pay: $16 per hour

Schedule: 12 hours (7 to 7) rotating shifts every week. We need someone available to work the rotating shift (morning and night availability)

Lab Technician Responsibilities: Oversee the testing of the manufactured materials in the plant, perform data entry tasks, and utilize measurement tools (calipers and micrometers).

Requirements: Qualified candidates will bring 1+ years of related experience, computer literacy, prior document control/data entry experience, ability to use thread mics/height gages/profilometers, proficiency with and understanding of calibration, previous oil field inspection experience, familiarity with either ASTM or ISO, ability to read pressure gages and capability of standing for the full duration of each shift.
