College of Education and Human Development - Adventure Club Job Description
Serve as liaison between the community and the Adventure Club program. Greet customers to receive payments and process enrollment forms for Adventure Club families. Focuses on completing work effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner. Ability to cross train in other areas as needed and to provide clerical support to all staff members. Ability to utilize the copy machine, fax machine, computer, communicate effectively through e-mail and network space. Use existing procedures to solve routine problems and perform a variety of tasks and activities. Adhere to University and Adventure Club policies and procedures, and other duties as assigned.
Shift
Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (may vary on occasion) Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.50 hourly Grade: GGS-005 University Title: Office Support Assistant III Internal applicants can determine their University title by accessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR. New employees may qualify for a special one-time incentive payment by agreeing to remain employed by the University during a two-year period. If the employee does not remain employed by the University through the end of the two-year period because employee voluntarily resigns or is terminated by the University for cause, the employee would agree the hiring incentive shall be returned following a schedule based on time worked.
