Job Description:

Clinical Team Lead - PSR

The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR) is an evidence-based program that supports adults experiencing significant life stressors in developing the social, emotional, and intellectual skills needed to live a meaningful life. PSR's multidisciplinary team assists people in coping with life challenges through therapy, education, independent living skills, social support, and linkage to community resources and support.

In addition to being a therapist, this person will:



  • Assist in the recruitment and development of a competent and cohesive team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, productivity, and achievement of performance metrics.
  • Provide clinical and administrative support to team members, including assistance during crisis situations and other urgent matters.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to comprehend department objectives, strategies, and vision, thereby enhancing staff efficiency and operational processes.
  • Offer clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring to staff, including case discussions, consultations, and professional development opportunities. Handle complex requests from clients, psychiatric providers, or staff directly.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients in accordance with department policy to achieve optimal functioning and sustain improvements in health management.
  • Serve as a resource by answering inquiries and assisting peers and management with assigned tasks and projects.



Qualifications:



  • LCSW, LMFT or LPC required
  • LAC preferred


  • At least one year supervision and management experience preferred.
  • May require additional specialized experience and knowledge depending on program needs and focus, i.e., case management, housing, vocational rehabilitation, recovery, working with special populations, etc.
  • Must be competent in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions and have the ability to coach staff in these areas
  • Must be skilled in risk assessment and crisis evaluation and have the ability to coach staff in these areas.
  • Knowledge of community resources



Shift/Location:

Full Time - flexible on days and hours

Littleton, CO

Pay Rate:

$70,000 - $75,000 annually

$5k salary increase for LAC

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
