Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition (North America), this role will support day to day recruiting operations and play a key role in continuous improvement efforts focused on enhancing our end-to-end talent acquisition process. This individual will serve as a functional talent acquisition process expert, responsible for administrative oversight of the recruitment process, creating and administering training programs for recruiters and HR partners, and managing vendor relationships critical to our recruitment processes. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Serving as the functional talent acquisition operations expert for the North America region.
  • Managing the pre-employment screening process.
  • Participating on global talent acquisition projects to provide functional input and expertise related to talent acquisition systems and processes.
  • Designing, planning and administering training programs for talent acquisition systems and processes for the recruiting team.
  • Performing ad hoc reporting and data analysis supporting global initiatives as needed.
  • Leading and/or supporting continuous improvement efforts focused on enhancing the end to end talent acquisition process.
  • Managing vendor relationships as assigned which may include but are not limited to organizational affiliations, integration partners, and external recruiting agencies.
  • Providing data analytics/reporting that help drive strategic decision making
  • Supporting the executive recruitment process as needed

  • An individual currently or previously in a recruiter role that understands the challenges recruiters can face in their position and has always coveted being in a role that takes those challenges on directly


The ideal qualifications for someone coming into this role would include:

  • Bachelors' degree from a four-year college or university related to Human Resources, HRIS Systems or Organizational Psychology is required
  • 2+ years of directly related work experience is required
  • Previous experience creating and administering training programs is required
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems is required; SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding is preferred
  • Previous vendor management experience is a huge plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including intermediate to advanced level proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset with a focus on internal & external customers
  • Strong analytical skills with proven attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong problem-solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively and resolve in a timely manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, proactive, fast-thinking, decision-making individual with good judgment and common sense
  • Ability to work with high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to use basic statistics to understand data, makes informed decisions, and develops forecasts
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization up to and including senior management
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and issues and minimize disruption or impact by proactively implementing effective solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders to understand the business and make improvements to enhance the recruiter, candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules
