*Description*
TEKsystems is seeking an IT professional who is bilingual and fluent in speaking English and Japanese. This person will be supporting one of our partner companies in the tourism industry, assisting with handling issues/tickets for their Japan operation. If there are no tickets needing a Japanese speaker, this person will assist with the normal day to day help desk tickets for US based users. This role will be providing services to internal employees. They will work through incoming calls and emails regarding troubleshooting IT issues. Tickets will be created tickets through ServiceNow. The main priority is first call resolution. The most common issues will be password resets and Oracle related questions. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, passionate and detail oriented Help Desk professional and customer service advocate looking to learn and grow in a fast paced IT environment. This position will be a member of the Tier 1 IT team, and will be the primary point person for all end users, with the intent of resolving most application and service issues during first contact. *This position is 100% remote. Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 7pm-3am EST. (Thursday/Friday off)* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
