Technical Aide

Wildan Lighting & Electric, a division of Willdan Group Inc., is seeking a Technical Aide in Maspeth, NY. The Technical Aide will support the administrative and technical functions of the WLE team, collaborating with the internal team members across multiple departments, and communicating with clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter data into various systems and reports supporting the program's operations.
• Support billing procedures and timely processing of invoicing.
• Maintain strong ongoing communications with customers to assure customer satisfaction and respond to general program inquiries.
• Maintain Outlook calendar with field appointments and monitor progress towards program goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical and administrative tasks, ensuring clear communication amongst stakeholders.
• Work with Contractors and Customers of the utility incentive programs.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare program documents, and archive historical documents.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Basic understanding on construction industry or public utility programs.
• Previous professional experience in an administrative function preferred.
