The Management Analyst performs professional level work in the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of management analysis. They formulate, drive and lead projects using process improvement methodologies, project management strategies, leadership, and change management skills to achieve improvements in either operational or clinical outcomes. They work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to strategize, develop and achieve goals, lead teams in the use of improvement techniques and methodologies; transfers process improvement knowledge and skills to teams in the course of project execution. In addition, the Senior Management Analyst mentors, coaches, and collaborates with management to direct and coordinate team members. This position will work closely with the Heart Institute service line manager and director to assist in financial and productivity modeling, managing complex funds flow and supporting strategic decision making through data analysis. This position will be responsible for monitoring forecasted provider performance as compared to defined business plans. They will also manage monthly invoicing and payment tracking as well as reporting on internal and external funding sources. Additional Information

Salary Information Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $66,083.89 to $99,125.84Hourly Salary Range: $31.77 to $47.66 Benefits Information Here, you matter.
