Anakim Consulting is seeking an entry level Marketing Administrator to support our headquarters operations. Qualified candidates must be proficient working with MS Office Suite. Training will be provided for job related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a growing organization.

Role and responsibilities include essential marketing duties and daily administrative tasks such as:



  • Working with executives to develop the annual marketing budget as well as keeping the budget updated throughout the year
  • Registering employees for external marketing events
  • Managing company sponsored marketing events
  • Maintaining marketing calendar
  • Updating company marketing collateral and interfacing with company website administrator
  • Managing monthly marketing meetings
  • Ordering marketing materials and items



Position Requirements

Minimum requirements include:



  • U.S. citizenship
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members at all levels
  • Ability to organize workload, manage schedules, and support multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to support on-site schedule
  • Verification of residence in a HUBZone


Preferred experience:



  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus
