The Legal Group protects us against risks and provides the framework for our ethical andcompliant global business practices, enabling Lam to effectively navigate the landscape ofthe semiconductor industry. Their global government affairs team is responsible for advocatingon behalf of Lam with public policymakers.

Join Lam as an Administrative Assistant, offering crucial support to executives and managers by handling complex administrative duties and details. You'll excel in collaborating across departments, at all levels, conducting research and data analysis, and preparing reports. Your work is critical and contributes to Lam's efficiency and operational success.

The Global Government Affairs and Global Trade teams are an integral part of our company and work with our local and global branches of government, along with key organizations within Lam Research.

We are looking for a robust candidate to assist with the following functions:

• Supporting government visits across several locations
• Assist with tracking and delivering on internal requirements and action items
• Help create and edit presentations
• Help with travel, expense reports, purchasing of supplies, managing purchase requisitions and other ad-hoc activities.

This role will need a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, follow through and working across multiple worldwide locations. Advance PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook schools.

• Minimum of 6+ years of related experience.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
