Traffic Coordinator

Veridian Homes, an innovative company with an emphasis on smart growth and green-built practices, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator (Limited Term Employment) to join our team! This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Establish, build, maintain and relationships and processes with municipalities, trade partners, and others.
• Apply for and obtain proper permits before starting construction activities.
• Effectively distribute plans, specifications, selections, change orders, window quotes, and truss information to Construction and Trade Partners for the homes constructed by the company.
• Maintain the closing schedule and coordinate the necessary paperwork for closings.
• Distribute new contract paperwork and amendments promptly to internal customers and the Title Company.
• Share the closing schedule with internal construction management and other internally.
• Keep track of inventory for house keys, key rings, and key tags. Prepare closing bags with the appropriate contents and arrange for timely delivery to the Title Company before closing.
• Apply for utilities for each construction job.
• Follow up with municipalities and internal customers to check permit status and phase releases in various neighborhoods.
• Routinely backing up front desk to support administrative duties.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of administrative experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, provide consistent follow-through, and a solutions-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.
