Compensation: We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The hourly range for this position is $31.34 to $33.14 and may be commensurate with experience. Position Description: The Housing Specialist oversees the management and tracking of housing subsidy payments, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with external agencies to support residents' housing needs. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, effective collaboration with key stakeholders, and a strong commitment to ensuring compliance with housing assistance program requirements. Qualifications: Required: Associate degree; 1-3 yrs. experience in Accounting or Finance Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; 3 + yrs. experience in Accounting or Finance; experience with low-income housing tax credits Required License/Certification: N/A Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 hours per week) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Reports to: Housing Compliance & Finance Manager Physical Demands: Must be able to lift to 20 pounds. Requires looking at a computer screen for several hours a day. May be required to sit for long periods.
