Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? As a Retail Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the management team with daily operations and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for both customers and the team. THE STARTING RATE:$22.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Ensure stores are well-staffed, stocked, and organized. Address guest concerns quickly by listening and taking responsibility for the experience. Communicate with store management about issues like price discrepancies, stock levels, and returns. Coach and train sales staff. Handle shift duties, transactions, cash, and follow company policies. Promote teamwork, respect, and employee satisfaction in the workplace.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Retail experience Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Detail-oriented mindset Reliable & team player
