We're looking for a Staff Enablement Specialist to join Procore's Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We're a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems.

In this Staff Enablement Specialist role, you'll focus on Knowledge Management, Change Management and Training. You'll partner with Product managers and engineers in developing and implementing knowledge and content management strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the product and tech organization. Use your knowledge management, communication and change management skills to move our organization into our strategic future.

This position reports into the Director of Capability Development and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. Apply today to join our team of Groundbreakers.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to enhance information flow and collaboration.

  • Manage and organize the internal knowledge base to ensure that content is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.

  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned among the team.

  • Lead change management best practices on org wide initiatives.

  • Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of technical content.

  • Collaborate with technical team members to identify content needs and gaps.

  • Regularly review and update content to ensure its relevance and accuracy.

  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the product and tech organization.

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in developing and maintaining a knowledge base that meets individual team needs.

  • Work closely with the capability development team to develop the knowledge necessary to reinforce all technical learning programs.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of enterprise or division-wide knowledge management experience.

  • Knowledge management certification. Preferably KCS Fundamentals v.6.

  • Proven experience in knowledge management, preferably within the tech industry.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand their information needs.

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
