We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a SharePoint Online Developer to work out of Arlington, VA.

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team for a project at Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized SharePoint solutions to meet our customers unique needs. You will also provide technical leadership, mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SharePoint platform.

Essential Duties:



  • Develop, implement, and maintain solutions in MS SharePoint on-premises, MS SharePoint Online, and MS Power Platform.
  • Support migration of existing SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online.
  • Gather and document application requirements, propose solutions, develop, and deploy solutions, create training plans, create documentation as part of Software Development Lifecycle processes.
  • Design, code, test and document web and business applications using a variety of development software applications tools, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to create strategies to automate business processes.
  • Delve into complex technical issues while respecting timelines, team commitments and customer processes.
  • Using PowerShell and jQuery daily.


Required Qualifications:



  • Deliver services and solutions using the Power Platform suite with Azure Integrations: Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, AI builder, SharePoint, Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
  • Practical experience configuring, administration, development and deploying solutions.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform security model and hands-on experience with the architecture and development.
  • Administration experience of PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI. Familiarity with MS Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Experience with PowerShell to develop scripts and automation tools that will help to manage, sustain and improve environments.
  • Evaluate existing configuration and recommend improvements.
  • Help with implementing governance and assist with development of best practices.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team to ensure best performance and reliability of environments and applications.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with MS Teams and Office 365.
  • Minimum of 5 years significant experience in M365 development and implementations.
  • Experience with tracking issues in ServiceNow and JIRA.


Education/ Certification:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field
