We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Engineerto lead the development, and management of a specific product or product group throughout its lifecycle-from concept and planning to production, release, and end-of-life. As the central point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing to ensure a seamless transition from development to production and distribution.

What you will bring:

  • Mid level: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study with three (3) years of related engineering experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Senior level: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study with six (6) years of related engineering experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience and success in analyzing production equipment, processes, and materials, and solving issues
  • Experience utilizingvarious statistical and quality methodologies including but not limited to Statistical Process Control (SPC), Statistical Quality Control (SQC), 5S, 8D, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis, Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R), andDesign of Experiments (DOE)
  • Advanced knowledge of thermoforming, injection molding, extrusion and/or trim press equipment and processes
  • Advanced knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products
  • Ability to successfully prioritize, and manage large, complex projects, deadlines, and tasks with little supervision in both team and independent environments
