We are looking for candidates within the Mountain and Pacific time zones within the United States as the team collaboration and client collaboration is essential for success. We value work life balance at Comagine Health and value the core hours for all employees. Candidates outside of these time zones would need to adapt and work outside of core hours (8:00 - 5:00 MNT and Pacific) if hired.

Job Summary



  • Performs business systems analysis and project management for either multiple information technology projects or phases of a complex project that supports more than one operational program or work group.
  • Work performed at this level includes workflow customization, integration with multiple applications and/or systems, and direct interaction with vendor(s), external client(s) of the organization, end users, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of system solutions.
  • Captures business and technical requirements, develops specifications for new and enhanced systems and process workflows, facilitates evaluating and selecting/designing solutions, develops and executes testing and documentation strategies.
  • Provides subject matter expertise in business systems analysis processes and tools.
  • Implementing and supporting specialized or off-the-shelf applications
  • Eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements for systems and reporting
  • Software application, analysis, design, and configuration
  • Facilitating solution evaluation, selection, and design
  • Analyze and provide solutions and recommendations for improved operational efficiencies and enhanced system value
  • Participate in project and vendor management
  • Completes root cause analysis and data analysis
  • Process documentation and analysis Serve as a liaison between vendor, end users, and IT teams
  • Participate in SME discussions
  • Participate in vendor demos
  • Developing and executing testing, coaching end users, developing test scenarios and documenting results Translates functional specifications into design specifications.
  • Participate in internal system development/design discussions.
  • Prepare documentation for vendor and internal response and analysis.
  • Demonstrates working software during application Review sessions

  • Willingly shifts among the roles of individual contributor, team member and team leader as situations and tasks require.


Compensation:

Location of employee plays a part in compensation as we take into account the cost of labor index.

$98,000 -$115,000

Required Experience

  • 2+ years' experience as the primary/sole analyst on two or more programs or projects strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates flexibility in learning new skills and job duties, willingly shares knowledge and skill with others.

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) Preferred
  • BA/BS in a related field (Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted)
