We are seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our local companies on the island. This person must be in Hawaii and work in the Hawaii timezone. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Finance, or Business-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. * Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience working with healthcare analytics and/or financial reporting. * Demonstrated experience in supporting or maintaining information systems and/or electronic health records. * Extensive experience utilizing a variety of reporting tools to extract data and prepare ad hoc reports. * Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Access programming. Requirements: * Experience with SQL, Excel, and Access. * Experience creating reports and visualizations. * Ability to develop and apply methods to provide analytics and reporting services to support population health management, quality, and cost initiatives. * Ability to analyze, review, trend, and project key metrics. * Support the development of new programs and make recommendations. * Ability to work in person, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model based on performance. * Healthcare knowledge is a plus! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
