Summary: The Program Assistant will provide programmatic support to LCCWP's workforce development and educational programs.. Required Education & Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalency with some college credit, or diploma or degree from an accredited post-secondary vocational/technical school. Preference given for experience with Destiny One application. At least 1 year of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Required Skills & Abilities: Sitting for extended periods of time, prolonged exposure to computer monitors, must prioritize well and focus on completion of tasks and objectives, manual dexterity to manipulate keyboard, mouse, maintains a positive and objective customer service approach and attitude even when confronted with difficult situations. Ability to speak clearly. Ability to see clearly with corrective lens. Ability to use hands. Ability to reach with hands and arms. Ability to work a computer for an extended period of time. Ability to manipulate and assemble files. Ability to operate standard office equipment. This is a grant funded position.
