Job Summary

Coordinates and provides enterostomal and wound care services at assigned LMHS campuses. Provides directly or serves as a consultant for assessment// planning// implementation// and evaluation of patient's wounds// ostomy// and continence care. Provides education to patients// family// and staff. Will consider candidates currently in process of obtaining WOCN certification:

BS Degree Nursing

Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
