Seeking senior level Network Engineer to support organization's enterprise wireless networks. This role will specialize in providing wireless expertise for sites, including wireless spectrum analysis and expert delivery of wireless networking as well as ensuring routing, switching, and security is optimal for all the wireless business cases. Role will as an essential team member in support of the enterprise network platform and support the enterprise WAN/LAN/Firewalls as part of a highly skilled network team. Will work in daily operations support and project roles. This role will serve as a senior member of the network team. This role will provide design and architectural support, serve as final point of escalation for all network related issues, and be expected to mentor other team members. As a Network Engineer IV you will:
- Ensures 24x7x365 availability of networks with specialized focus on providing optimal wireless connectivity and the associated networking and security functions to all businesses and sites
- Performs expert predictive analysis of wireless infrastructures
- Tunes wireless infrastructures to constantly meet requirements of current and future use cases
- Engineers, configures, and leads the design, configuration and deployment of network infrastructure
- Performs analysis of networking problems, as well as provide highest-level response management
- Ensure network redundancy, high availability, and failover testing across all enterprise connectivity
- Demonstrate expert level knowledge of network topologies, protocols, standards and conditions
- Ensure changes to network configurations are made with minimal down-time and in accordance with change management policies
- Responsible for configuration standards and support documentation
- Reduce security risk by securing network platforms from vulnerabilities and maintain patching cycles of all network software and hardware
- Ability to collaborate and work well with peers, across teams, and with customers in developing solutions and problem resolution
- Ability to work with business partners in the selection, procurement, implementation, and support of networking functions

- Wireless predictive design and constant optimization for manufacturing and office environments
- Aruba wireless in both office and manufacturing facilities
- Ekahau analysis tools
- Aruba and Cisco switching/routing
- Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and SDWAN
- Network monitoring, automation, and management (Solarwinds, FortiManager, Ansible, and Fabric Composer preferred)
