Bar Porter Pool - Mandalay Bay

As a Bar Porter, you will contribute to a fabulous experience for all guests across our bars. You will be responsible for stocking all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, and other necessary items needed for efficient operation within beverage outlets. Your dedication will transform the bar areas, crafting an unforgettable experience that keeps guests returning time and time again.

THE STARTING RATE:$23.8793 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Stock and maintain pool beverage outlets, including glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items

• Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas, including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation, and work area

• Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area

• Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, including pump room products, storage rooms, and warehouses, and identify non-stock items and alert management as necessary

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous experience as a bar porter or similar role

• Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions

• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations and best practices

• Knowledgeable about utilizing various cleaning chemicals

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions

• Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
