The Project Manager - Children's Quality facilitates the successful planning, build, implementation and evaluation of quality programs.
This role supports the implementation of key projects by developing action plans along with key stakeholders, monitoring their progress against shared deadlines and providing additional targeted capacity to management team members in executing those plans. This implementation support can take the form of, but not be limited to, analytical facilitation, change management, project management, process improvement, implementation of project evaluation tools, and research. In the course of that support, the Project Manager will be expected to elevate issues and barriers to success to leadership for resolution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solutions for patient safety and furthering the quality and safety work at UVA Health Children's. This position requires an on-site presence as needed. * Provides support through project planning, facilitation, task execution and/or communication support.
