Project Manager - Children's Quality

* Provides support through project planning, facilitation, task execution and/or communication support.
* Conducts regular project review sessions with department leaders to monitor progress against timelines including issue audits and mitigation steps.
* Develops and reviews analytical work products for accuracy, completeness and help frame the analysis for leadership decision-making.
* Provides effective project consultation and facilitation to ensure projects meet goals and objectives as defined by leadership and in compliance with relevant standards.
* Facilitates the evaluation of in-process and completed projects to support future process improvement.
* Supports the management team with scheduling internal and external meetings related to strategic initiatives, taking meeting minutes, and tracking follow up items.
* Maintains a team calendar of project deadlines, reporting deliverables and advisory committee meetings to ensure alignment across all ongoing projects and workstreams.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: 5 years of professional experience required. Project management experience preferred.
Licensure: Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) certification preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
