Program Analyst ***This position requires an active Secret clearance.*** The Program Analyst will focus on supporting production planning and supply chain management functions to optimize operational efficiency, improve material flow, and support decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have experience in inventory control, production processes, and supply chain logistics. Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Analyst: $70,000 to $80,000
- Pay commensurate with experience.

Program Analyst Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor production performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the coordination of production activities across various departments and teams.
- Analyze and track supply chain performance metrics to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Ensure on-time delivery of materials and inventory optimization.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to address supply chain challenges.
- Track inventory levels, forecast demand, and develop strategies to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Analyze excess and obsolete inventory and provide recommendations for disposition.
- Support annual and wall-to-wall inventory efforts to improve accuracy and accountability.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into leadership on production and supply chain activities.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and databases to conduct data analysis and generate reports.
- Identify and recommend improvements to streamline production and supply chain processes.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean or Six Sigma projects.
- Act as a liaison between production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment of goals.
- Assist with program reviews and provide input on material availability, production constraints, and capacity planning.
Program Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Production Planning, Logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or program analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel.
- Familiarity with inventory control methods and production scheduling best practices.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Experience working in warehouse, manufacturing, or military logistics environments preferred.
- Knowledge of government contracting and compliance requirements preferred.
