Position Description

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our data center production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering graduate who is eager to learn, lead, and grow within operations. You'll gain firsthand experience in production management, continuous improvement, and team leadership while playing a key role in optimizing our processes and delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management: Supervise, coach, and support a team of production employees to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles, identify process improvements, and contribute to increased efficiency and quality.

Ensure Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations, fostering a culture of accountability.

Monitor Production Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive steps to address bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows and drive continuous improvement.

Learn & Grow: Take advantage of mentorship and training opportunities to develop the skills needed for future leadership roles within operations.

Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
  • Ideally minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing environment is a plus or strong experience from internships or co-ops.
  • Strong motivation to lead, take ownership, and make an impact on production operations.
  • Analytical thinking with a drive to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and effectively lead production staff.
  • Willing to be on the floor, working directly with the team and equipment.
