The Therapist has the responsibility of providing clinical services that are office and/or home based to consumers of all ages in jurisdictions served by our company. Services are provided with client-centered and family-centered approaches and are derived through time-limited, goal specific interventions. This is a fully remote position via telehealth. Looking for an ideal Therapist to do 15 hours for $55.00 an hour. Flex on schedule, Therapist create their own schedule using our telehealth system. CORE COMPETENCIES

Informatics: The ability to utilize information technology (such as EMR) to support and enhance service delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES

The Therapist is expected to meet with assigned consumers on a weekly basis, or as otherwise determined based on the consumer's needs. -
The Therapist will provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services to consumers, tailored to their unique needs in order to support and improve the consumer's functioning and interactions both at home and within the community. -
The Therapist will collaboratively complete Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), surveys, and other required assessments with input from the consumer and/or their guardian, adhering to program policies and COMAR regulations. -
The Therapist is responsible for documenting all services provided thoroughly and accurately, submitting documentation such as progress notes, ITPs, discharge summaries, billing summaries, etc., in compliance with agency policies. -
The Therapist will engage in individual and/or group clinical supervision at a frequency determined by the program supervisor and licensing body. -
The Therapist will attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions scheduled by the agency. -
The Therapist will communicate and coordinate with the ASO to share consumer information and coordinate treatment in order to obtain necessary service authorizations. -
The Therapist will document communications and coordination with other professionals and agencies involved with the consumer (e.g., social workers, case managers, physicians, probation officers) to ensure effective and relevant treatment. This may include attending meetings, phone consultations, and providing written or verbal updates as required. -
The Therapist will continuously assess consumer needs, service availability, diagnosis, and the suitability of services provided. -
The Therapist will comply with all court orders and subpoenas, updating the court on consumer progress as needed. -
Clinically licensed Therapists will complete Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments as assigned. -
Other duties may be assigned to support consumer progress, ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations, and align with ATTI's policies and procedures.
