PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $97,400.00 - $181,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. At BECU, your voice matters. As the Sr Employee Listening Program Manager, you will shape and lead our employee feedback ecosystem, ensuring that every team member's voice is heard and valued. You will craft a strategy that goes beyond surveys-developing inclusive, data-driven insights that guide leadership decisions and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Your expertise will help define how and when we collect feedback, turning raw data into compelling narratives that drive meaningful change. From designing feedback strategies and deploying surveys to uncovering actionable insights, your work will directly influence BECU's culture and the overall employee experience. Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting insights across various data sources, ensuring that every piece of feedback leads to real impact.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Shape the Listening Strategy: Lead the development and execution of BECU's employee listening strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Design & Deploy Surveys: Oversee the entire lifecycle of employee surveys-from crafting engaging questions to managing distribution and ensuring high participation rates.
  • Analyze & Uncover Insights: Dive into quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, themes, and key takeaways that inform business decisions and enhance the employee experience.
  • Integrate Data for a Holistic View: Combine survey findings with other people analytics to build a comprehensive understanding of employee sentiment and organizational health.
  • Tell the Story with Data: Use visualization and storytelling techniques to present complex data in clear, compelling ways that drive action and decision-making at all levels.
  • Engage Leadership & Drive Change: Facilitate executive discussions, co-create action plans with senior leaders, and ensure accountability for translating insights into impactful initiatives.
  • Foster Transparent Communication: Collaborate with Communications teams to create and share results-driven messaging, ensuring employees see the impact of their feedback.
  • Ensure Data Ethics & Privacy: Define and uphold best practices for managing employee feedback data, maintaining trust, and ensuring compliance with privacy standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. in applied social sciences (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior) or Data/Analytics or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in employee listening, people analytics, HR strategy, or a related area.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting employee feedback data, including both qualitative and quantitative insights.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with survey and feedback platforms such as Perceptyx, Qualtrics, Glint, Gallup, or similar tools.
  • Consultative and partnering experience with stakeholders, align strategy with vision, and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Experience leveraging natural language processing tools to analyze qualitative feedback and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of designing and leading employee feedback programs, from strategy through execution.
  • Experience with Workday and/or Visier.
