Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. You will leverage deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, chatbots, and robotics to enhance business outcomes and drive innovation. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help shape our AI strategy and demonstrate the potential of AI through early-stage solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to capitalize on emerging trends and technologies to make a real-world impact.

Responsibilities

Manage and direct R&D processes to align with our AI strategy.

Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business areas where AI solutions can drive significant benefits.

Develop and analyze AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while maintaining high ethical standards.

Collaborate on functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership.

Develop generative AI-based software solutions based on customer specifications and requirements.

Document and articulate solution architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation.

Develop automated tools to create test frameworks for multiple test cases.

Execute comprehensive testing against generative AI models to ensure all features function as intended.

Collaborate with multiple test teams to design and develop verification and validation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Over 7 years of experience as a software tester or software quality assurance specialist.

At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development.

More than 3 years of experience applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.

Over 3 years of experience with MLOps, LLMOps, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP.

Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

Experience with innovation accelerators.

Experience with cloud environments.

Compensation: - $100,000 to $150,000 +/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Application will be accepted till 03/21/2025
