Responsibilities

Sets the overall technical vision and direction for the client

Oversee the architecture for the client and mentors senior architect on complex technical choices and design decisions

Hands on in terms of design and coding and leads the team to solve most complex /high impact problems with the client

Drives the culture of innovation and experimentation among architects

Drives best practices such as design reviews code reviews architecture reviews

Collaborates with senior business leaders on strategic topics evangelizes technology vision strategy and proposes technology investments to drive business growth
