Schedules available: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Thursday Pay rate: $19 - $24/hr. Responsibilities: Craft Plexiglas screens, including cutting, sanding, and buffing parts to customer specifications. Assemble frame screens and cut, assemble, and disassemble extrusion per drawings and SOPs. Monitor tolerances closely to ensure proper fit with components like mirrors and screens. Record production data and complete paperwork according to customer and department requirements. Perform quality inspections at each assembly stage and report concerns to Team Lead or Plant Manager. Follow testing procedures to validate parts and mix chemicals, apply coatings, operate saws, and build shipping crates as needed. Maintain workstations, clean up per 7S procedures, and follow safety protocols while supporting company operations. Qualified candidates will have mechanical experience.
