As an Intern, you are responsible for assisting and working alongside your Mentor, advancing your communication, organization, and technological skillset. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

*Availability from May 19, 2025 to August 1, 2025 (dates can be adjusted if needed)

*Hybrid position in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin or Houston markets

In addition, you will:

• Backup support and assistance for other staff members
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports
• Resource forecasting (Bridge)
• Data analysis of production and actionable areas (finding efficiencies)
• Invoicing and creation of work orders
• Prep for disaster recovery
• Other duies as assigned

About You:

• You are a sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Science, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Analytics
• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn custom software
• You have excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
• You are punctual and dependable
• You have an advanced Excel skillset

Compensation Guidelines: $18.00/hr
