Ramboll is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for the New York City (Penn1) office. Work experience in an engineering and consulting environment is preferred, but not required. This position is full-time and requires working in the office every day. It is not a hybrid position. We invite you to bring your administrative experience and people skills into play as you contribute to the day-to-day administrative operation and efficiency of our New York City office.To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrated capabilities that include organization, communication, and experience with formatting reports and proposals. The Administrative Assistant will have the responsibility to ensure that all levels of staff have the supplies and administrative support necessary to efficiently complete their work. The ideal candidate will be solution-based, resourceful, self-motivated and have a professional presence for employees and visitors on a daily basis. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annualbase salary between $57,952 - $83,306. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, includingexperience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training andskill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
