In this role, you'll oversee asset management, lead a dedicated team of six employees, and assist customers in finding the right equipment for their projects. Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Store Manager Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and direct all store operations, from opening to closing.
  • Develop plans to improve store performance.
  • Managing P&L, expenses, and the monthly budget.
  • Communicate store performance to upper management while maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Develop and monitor employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain quality and inventory standards meeting community demands.
  • Conducts store and departmental safety meetings, researches/logs all safety violations, and reports all violations to senior leadership.
  • Supervise maintenance of the facility and grounds.

Requirements:



  • 2+ years of rental industry experience (a Bachelor's degree in business or finance is a plus).
  • Experience hiring, counseling, coaching, and motivating a team.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, communication, problem-solving, sales, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to remain active during each shift and lift 50 pounds.
