We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Repair Technician - Health Beacon to join our team. This role involves receiving and organizing units, ensuring accurate packing and shipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming units from mail-back shipments and ensure they are organized and stored in designated areas to maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
  • Accurately pick and pack units for shipment, ensuring timely and correct preparation of units for delivery to patients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and client delivery goals while maintaining warehouse safety standards and following OSHA guidelines.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts, maintain accurate stock levels of units, and report any discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment and adhere to OSHA and company standards for equipment use and safety protocols.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring the warehouse is clutter-free and safe for all team members.

Minimum/Essential Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory practices.
  • 0-1 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 49 pounds frequently.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow OSHA regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and management.
